1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Citifit, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users, including those participating in training sessions, consultations, or other services offered by Citifit.
2. Services Provided
Citifit offers personal training sessions, nutritional guidance, individualized workout plans, and other fitness-related services. Services may be provided in-person, online, or at the Citifit gym facility, depending
on your specific agreement with Citifit.
3. Free Consultation
New clients are eligible for a free initial consultation. This session will assess fitness levels, goals, and other preferences to help create a tailored fitness plan. The free consultation is non-transferable and limited to one per client.
4. Payment and Refunds
All services are billed in advance, with fees based on the selected plan or session type. Citifit maintains a "No Hidden Fees" policy—clients are informed of all costs upfront. Citifit offers a flexible cancellation policy; clients may
cancel at any time and will receive a refund of any remaining balance for unused sessions. However, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
5. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients are expected to notify Citifit of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited session fee. Citifit will work with clients to reschedule sessions where possible, especially
in the case of emergencies or unavoidable conflicts.
6. Web Training and Out-of-Town Support
When clients are unable to attend in-person sessions, Citifit offers virtual training options to support continued progress. These sessions follow the same terms and require a stable internet connection for video calls.
7. Individualized Program and Nutritional Guidance
Each client’s fitness and nutrition program is individualized and based on the initial consultation. Citifit may provide nutritional support on request, tailored to your goals and needs. All nutrition guidance is intended to support
fitness goals and is not a substitute for medical advice.
8. Facility Use
Clients are welcome to use the Citifit gym during open hours, following all facility rules and guidelines. Clients are responsible for using equipment safely and must report any issues to the staff immediately.
9. Liability Waiver
By participating in any Citifit training or consultation, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical exercise and release Citifit, its trainers, and staff from any liability for injuries or health issues. Clients should
consult with their physician before beginning any new exercise program.
10. Medical Conditions and Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or limitations that may affect their training. Citifit trainers are CPR certified and prioritize client safety. If a client is managing chronic diseases, Citifit will tailor exercises
to accommodate their needs, with safety as a primary concern.
11. Age Requirement
Citifit requires all clients to be at least 18 years old to participate in personal training sessions.
12. Privacy and Data Security
Citifit respects client privacy and ensures that all personal data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Information collected during consultations or sessions is used solely to provide fitness and nutrition
services.
13. Modification of Terms
Citifit reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes and are encouraged to review these terms regularly to stay informed.
